The IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society SJCE Student Branch Chapter, in collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, recently hosted an enlightening webinar titled “Charging for Electric Vehicle.” Held on May 31, 2024, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST, the event featured Ms. Debashree Deb Mazumdar, a distinguished Hardware Engineer at Volvo, who shared her expertise on the latest innovations in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology. The webinar aimed to enhance awareness and technical skills in EV technology, providing participants with practical knowledge and industrial career insights. A total of 30 students and professionals attended the session, keen to delve into the advancements in the EV sector and explore career opportunities in this burgeoning field.
