CYBER ETHICS

The IEEE Photonics Society of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering Conducted ‘Cyber Ethics’, a technical online mode webinar for 2nd and 3rd year EEE students, on March 11th, 2024. The event aimed to inspire and motivate students to explore the field of AI and Ethical considerations in AI and cybersecurity among enthusiasts and featured a keynote address by Dr. Ripal Ranpara, Assistant Professor Atmiya University, and executive Board Member ACM2Y. The event saw the cumulative participation of 30 students over Google Meet. The session was generally well-received by the participants and was very informative. Participants were also allowed to interact with the speaker and get answers to their queries regarding the introduction to AI and cybersecurity and IEEE as a whole. E-certificates were provided to all who participated in the event.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
