ELECTRIC VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

 

IEEE VTS SJCE SB (VTO6 SBC60101N), in collaboration with the IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering student chapter, hosted a session titled “Electric Vehicle Technology and Career Opportunities” on May 25, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST. The event featured Mr. Sourav Rakshit, Director at LOGICZAP NEXTGEN TECHNOLOGIES, as the distinguished speaker. The session attracted over 60 participants. Mr. Rakshit provided an in-depth exploration of current trends and future prospects in EV technology, as well as career opportunities in the sector. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, offering attendees valuable industry insights and practical advice. Mr. Rakshit was presented with a memento as a token of gratitude. Certificates of participation was awarded to all attendees.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
