ERUDITE SESSION 3

The “Erudite Season 3” international webinar series, jointly hosted by IEEE SJCE SB excitedly introduces  Dr.Jayaraman Munusamy as the keynote speaker for the third session . Dr Jayaraman Munusamy ,Chief Executive and the Principal Consultant for Prosight Solutions Sdn. Bhd, a training provider under HRD Corporation, Malaysia ;Certified Corporate Trainer by the Human Resource Development Corporation of Malaysia  , sets the stage with his talk titled “Lean management; The culture of continuous improvement at workplace” .The session underscored the importance of leadership in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately equipping participants with tools to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth within their organizations. The session drew a keen audience of 25 participants who actively engaged with Dr.Jayaraman Munusamy   insights and contributions. Graciously, e-certificates were provided to all attendees, recognizing their valuable participation and commitment to the webinar series.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
