LET’S PLANT A TREE

The IEEE Power and Energy Society of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering organized an awareness event titled “Let’s Plant a Tree” – Growing a Greener tomorrow 2024. The contest ran from January 1, 2024, to January 7, 2024, with the primary goal of encouraging individuals to take responsibility for creating a greener environment. This initiative was launched at the beginning of the new year, and we urged participants to plant saplings and submit their entries through the provided Google Form. Approximately 15 participants enthusiastically embraced the initiative, and we are optimistic about its success. We believe that by setting an example, we can inspire others to take similar actions. We are delighted with the response and will be awarding E-certificates as tokens of appreciation to the participants

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
