IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group, in association with IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering Student Branch chapter, conducted an event “MOM AND ME” on behalf of Mother’s Day to appreciate all mothers. In this event, participants shared their heartfelt stories with their moms through photos and videos. Additionally, all mothers joined the meet and shared their love for being a mom. The motive of the event was to celebrate and honor the invaluable contributions of mothers. The event took place on May 28th from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. Students from the final year, pre-final year, and second year of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering participated. Approximately 20 students took part in this event via a Google meet. The participants and their mothers were rewarded with E- momento as a token of appreciation.
