MULTIPHYSICS MODELLING OF ELECTRICAL MOTORS

“We, IEEE Spectrum of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, conducted a Spectrum session. The speaker, Mr. A. Balaji, spoke on “ Multiphysics modelling of electrical motors” on 15th March , 2024. The speaker enlightened us with the idea that “a comprehensive overview of advanced simulation techniques for optimizing motor performance. Join us as experts demonstrate the integration of electromagnetic, thermal, and structural analyses to enhance motor efficiency and durability. Explore real-world applications and learn how Multiphysics  modelling  can drive innovation in electric motor design. Don’t miss this opportunity to expand your knowledge and stay ahead in the field of electrical engineering.” The session was held between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Our target audience were 2nd , 3rd and final years . A total of 27 participants participated and had an amazing experience during the meet, thoroughly enjoying the entire session. The speaker was  honored  with an E-memento.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai.
