NGO VISIT

IEEE student branch of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering organized an NGO visit to SEED Mahatma Gandhi Foundation at Poonamallee on 9th March 2024.Around 50 students from IEEE student branch was involved, visited and played with the children during this NGO visit. Visiting an NGO can offer valuable insights into their work, the issues they address, and the impact they make on communities. It provides firsthand experience and understanding, fostering empathy and awareness of social issues. we also provided food and some special things for the children’s in that Orphanage. Additionally, it can inspire involvement, support, or collaboration with the NGO’s initiatives. From this event the students learned about lots of humanitarian activities.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
