ONLINE WEBINAR

IEEE ComSoc SJCE SB -AG and IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering student chapter conducted an ONLINE WEBINAR session on 25-07-2024. The topic for the session was “MACHINE LEARNING ATO AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES” presented by Dr.Sathish Kumar Gudey, IEEE SB Counselor, Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Students from the Final year and pre-final year of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering participated. Certainly, he discussed the Basics of Power electronics converter circuits Evolution of the self-driving Cars, and solar-based EV charging. The information about the companies that are investing in autonomous vehicles is also discussed by him. Approximately 40+ students took part in this event over Gmeet. The participants were rewarded with E-certificates.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
