IEEE IAS SJCE SB in association with IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering student chapter conducted a webinar session “SHINING BRIGHT” on 26-03-2024. The topic for the session was “Microwave subsurface Imaging using metamaterial inspired planar sensors” presented Dr Damini Verma, Ph.D.  Research Associate III (RA-III) Centre for Nanotechnology Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) Diagnostics Biosensors Development. Certainly, Explore cutting-edge advancements in electrochemical sensors for precise detection of endocrine disruptors in our upcoming webinar. Discover how innovative technology is revolutionizing environmental monitoring and safeguarding public health. Approximately 40+ students took part in this event over Google meet. The participants were rewarded with E-certificates. Appreciation Certificate and E- Memento was award to the speaker by the end of the session.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
