SPACE EXPLORATION 4.0
On August 3, 2024, the IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering Student Branch Chapter( IEEE SB 60101)hosted the inaugural session of Space Exploration 4.0. The event, which began at 7:00 PM, featured a captivating presentation by Dr. Jeevan Perara, a NASA aerospace engineer. Dr. Perara provided an in-depth overview of the Space Shuttle Columbia accident, discussing the critical moments and the impact on space exploration protocols. The session was attended by a total of 40 participants, including students, faculty, and space enthusiasts, who engaged actively in the discussion and Q&A segment. This successful kickoff is just the beginning of our journey into space exploration, and we look forward to bringing more exciting sessions in the future.
