SPACE EXPLORATION SESSION 1

The IEEE St. Joseph’s College of Engineering Student Branch Chapter recently hosted the Third session of its Space Exploration Webinar Series. Held on September 06 2024, at 7:30 PM IST, this session featured Ms. Reshmaja K Ramesh, Avionics Engineer at The ePlane Co Citizen Scientist at NASA. Her presentation, titled “Autonomous Flight Systems: The role of Avionics in Enabling Aircraft & Drones,” offered in-depth insights into Avionics Technology in Enabling Aircraft and Drones. The event saw participation from 40 attendees, who engaged with speaker expert overview of current and future missions in space technology.

OUTCOME:

To know about the Advanced Avionics.

To Enable Safe & Efficient Operation of Aircraft & Drones.

Understand about it’s Operation & Working Principles.

He has coordinated many Student Branch events Pels Jamboree, Pelzine- A Student Magazine, Sayonara, Conocithon, etc, and Section events MAS E TECH, MASCON, Know Your IEEE series, UPSKILl, etc. He completed his internship in Embedded Systems – Microcontrollers and Peripherals at Emcog Solutions at Mogappair, Chennai. He completed three mini projects in Embedded Systems and completed a hardware project in Robotics as Obstacle Avoider. He is currently doing his intern in Devtown as a Full Stack Web Developer.
